Or<\/span>\u00a0you <\/span>don\u2019t<\/span> know how to handle a complaint<\/span>.<\/span> We will listen to you and advise you what to do<\/span>. The Ombuds Desk is independent. We will never share your information or take action, without your permission. <\/span>In short: we are there for you!<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are concerned about something in your neighbourhood or at school, we think it is important that you are listened to.
